- Members, Guests and Public Players alike must check-in 15 minutes before tee time with the golf shop staff or the tee time could be forfeited until the next available tee time.
- Our 26th Year Anniversary Membership is a pre-paid green fee program for 2 years and applies to “open play” periods at Wildcat Creek Golf Course, so it will not entitled these members to play in scrambles, club outings, leagues, member events, club tournaments, association events or on Holidays without paying the applicable fees.
- Upon payment of this membership, members accept and agree to these and all other Wildcat policies.
- This new membership group will be allowed to make tee-time reservations three (3) days in advance.
- While carts are not required anyone that chooses to walk must do so after 3pm.
- All Anniversary members must show their driver’s license or any valid ID with their membership card when checking in. If anyone uses your membership other than yourself, your membership will be terminated immediately with no refund.
- Anniversary members must tee off after 10 a.m. on weekends and Holidays. However, they may tee off before this time by paying the green fees being charged at that time.
- IN State law prohibits alcohol from being brought on to the property of Wildcat Creek. As members you agree that you and your guests will not bring food or beverages of any kind on to the property not purchased at Wildcat. All violators will have their membership revoked immediately.
- This Anniversary Membership is valid thru October 31st, 2025.
- As new members of Wildcat Creek Golf Course, Anniversary members should also be responsible for following all of Wildcats Policy’s including tee time scheduling in which missed tee times will not be tolerated.
- Anniversary membership is not transferable and non-refundable.
- By purchasing this membership, you agree to abide by all these policies and any other of Wildcat’s policies. Members also understand that Wildcat Creek Golf Course may terminate your membership for any violations of the policies.
